FABRICATION DIVISION
The fabrication division is equipped with overhead travelling cranes with a capacity up to 200 tons, modern tools for automatic and manual welding (Submersed Arc, TIG, MIG, etc.), plasma cutting machines for preparation of steel plates up to 300 mm. of thickness, sheet metal bending machines, manipulators of various sizes and capacities.
Non-destructive tests are carried out carefully by our quality staff.
The filler materials are carefully stored in properly areas. It is possible to carry out also heat treatments directly in our workshop, thanks to the presence of a modular furnace (dimensions 10000mm x 8000mm x 4000mm) suitable to perform heat treatments of large components up to 700 °C.
